Our own specialists carry out the highly professional implementation of our high-quality delivery projects for the Sympa HR system. Sympa Oy is responsible for modelling the contents of the system environment on the basis of the materials submitted by the customer, or produced together.
Delivery projects involve the construction and definition of the Sympa HR system environment's content and layout, in order to meet the customer’s specific needs. The main user functions allow customers to implement system modifications and expansions themselves.
Outstanding service from professional main user support
After the delivery process, we provide our customers‘ main users with expert user support. This support service offers a centralised channel for the resolution of all questions and problems concerning the Sympa HR system. The support service is available by e-mail and telephone on weekdays from 8am to 4pm (local time in Finland).
