What is SaaS?

As the name suggests, a ’Software as a Service’ delivery means acquiring the Sympa HR system as a comprehensive service deployed over the Internet. A SaaS service includes application service provision alongside maintenance and support services.

To use the Sympa HR system, all the customer needs is a browser and an Internet connection. The delivery process requires no installations, separate licensing or hardware fees. As an SaaS service, the software is located on servers administered by Sympa Oy.

In the case of a SaaS service, delivery process costs remain considerably lower than in the case of a traditional operating model and also the delivery process is more quickly.
